Shipping Methods
We ship products within Japan only.

Shipping is primarily handled by Japan Post (such as Yu-Pack and Yu-Packet).
The shipping method will be automatically selected depending on the size and quantity of the order.

Shipping Fees

• For a single magazine: Flat rate of 400 JPY nationwide (Yu-Packet).

• For multiple copies: Shipping will be charged based on the total size, starting from Japan Post 60 size.

• Please pay the shipping fee as shown at checkout.

• During free-shipping campaigns, no additional shipping fee will be charged.

Processing Time
Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Depending on stock availability and busy seasons, it may take up to 5 business days.

Delivery Date and Time Requests
Since Yu-Packet deliveries are made directly to mailboxes, delivery date and time cannot be specified.

Damages or Loss During Shipping
We take the utmost care when preparing shipments. However, in the event of damage or loss during delivery, we will respond in accordance with the courier’s regulations.
